Product must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as originally purchased.
The original packaging, all original certificates, and all accessories must be included.
Any product altered from its original shipping state will not be accepted for return or exchange.
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on final sale merchandise, purchased in store or online.

We ask that you contact us prior to shipping your return. Please pack the item securely and use the original packaging if you can. You must enclose the original sales receipt and provide us with your name, address, phone number, and email address. All return shipping charges must be prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We do not accept items for exchange that are shipped to us. Customers can ship an item to be processed as a return.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable and is not applied to the exchange.
First, the customer returns the item as per the shipping returns instructions.
An email notification is sent once the return has been processed.
The customer then purchases a new item online either before or after the return has been processed.
