Our goal is for all of our customers to have fun shopping with Aaron Signature.

We are dedicated to delivering an enjoyable shopping experience in our bricks-and-mortar store and online through our E-store.

Purchase In Store

Customers visiting our store enjoy the professional assistance of the Aaron Signature team. Our experts provide patient guidance during every step of the transaction. All purchases are promptly processed in just the right amount of time, every time!

 

Purchase Online

Customers can conveniently purchase from our secure website day or night. Payment can be made anytime once the order is complete.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment clearance.
Delivery within Ontario can be expected within 1-3 business days of shipping.

We only ship to addresses in the province of Ontario at this time.

Please note that our Precious Metals & Bullion department is currently accepting in-store orders. Our customers will be notified as soon as online orders can be placed.

 

Out-of-Stock Items

If a product ordered is not in stock, Aaron Signature reserves the right to cancel the order.
Debit or credit cards used to make payment will not have been charged.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Payment Information

Taxes for Canadian Customers

13% HST will be added to all orders shipped within the province of Ontario.

In-Store Payments

Cash purchases: no spending limit
Debit card purchases: chip and PIN required, no spending limit
Credit card purchases: chip and PIN required, no spending limit
Bank wire and Interac e-Transfer: accepted at the sole discretion of Aaron Signature on a case-by-case basis

Online Payments

All e-commerce web orders are processed in Canadian dollars.
Debit card purchases: spending limit to be determined at the sole discretion of Aaron Signature until an ongoing customer relationship has been established.
Credit card purchases: spending limit to be determined at the sole discretion of Aaron Signature until an ongoing customer relationship has been established.
Bank wire and Interac e-Transfer: accepted as required by Aaron Signature on a case-by-case basis.

To protect our customers and in keeping with our fraud prevention procedure, Aaron Signature may, at our sole discretion, require an alternate form of payment for any online order or in-store purchase.

 

Return + Exchange + Refund

Eligibility

All in-store and online purchases are eligible for return only with the original sales receipt.
Product must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as originally purchased.
The original packaging, all original certificates, and all accessories must be included.
Any product altered from its original shipping state will not be accepted for return or exchange.
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on final sale merchandise, purchased in store or online.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases must be returned in store only.
All in-store purchases from our exclusive Signature Line are covered by a 30 day uncondional return policy.
In-store Estate Jewellery purchases can be returned within 10 days.
In-store purchased Pre-Owned Watches can be returned within 15 days.

 

Online Purchases

Online purchases can be returned in store or by a reliable shipping service with tracking.
Credit is only issued for merchandise and not for original shipping charges.
The customer receives a phone call or an email acknowledgment to confirm receipt of the return.
Aaron Signature makes a video recording when processing online returns, from the opening of the package through to authentication and the formal acceptance of the return.
All returns are subject to authentication by an expert on our team.

All online purchases from our exclusive Signature Line are covered by a 30 day uncondional return policy.
Estate Jewellery purchased online can be returned within 10 days subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Online Pre-Owned Watch purchases can be returned within 15 days subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Exchanges

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases must be exchanged in store only.
All in-store purchases from our exclusive Signature Line are covered by a 30 day uncondional exchange policy.
In-store Estate Jewellery purchases can be exchanged within 10 days for another item of equal or greater value.
In-store purchased Pre-Owned Watches can be exchanged within 15 days for another item of equal or greater value.

 

Online Purchases

We do not accept items for exchange that are shipped to us. Customers can ship an item to be processed as a return.
All online purchases can only be exchanged in store for another available item of equal or greater value.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable and is not applied to the exchange.
First, the customer returns the item as per the shipping returns instructions.
An email notification is sent once the return has been processed.
The customer then purchases a new item online either before or after the return has been processed.

Please note that only credit for returned merchandise is issued and not the original shipping charges.

 

Refunds

Authorized refunds are only issued via the original payment method at time of purchase.

In-Store Purchases

Refunds for in-store purchases are only issued in store.
All in-store purchases from our exclusive Signature Line are covered by a 30 day unconditional refund policy.
Refunds for in-store Estate Jewellery purchases can be issued within 10 days as store credit only.
Refunds for in-store purchased Pre-Owned Watches can be issued within 15 days as store credit only.

 

Online Purchases

Online purchases can be returned for a refund in store or by a reliable shipping service with tracking.
Credit is only issued for merchandise and not for original shipping charges.
The customer receives a phone call or an email acknowledgment to confirm receipt of the return.

Gifts & Gift Certificates

Gifts

Product purchased as a gift is subject to the same terms and conditions as other purchases.
Merchandise purchased as a gift can be returned by the gift recipient.
The credit is issued via the original payment method (ie. debit or credit card) that the gift purchaser used for all in-store and online purchases.
The gift recipient will not get the refund.
Credit is only issued for merchandise and not for original shipping charges.
Gifts purchased with cash must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and can only be exchanged or converted to in-store credit.

 

Gift Certificates

Refunds for Aaron Signature Gift Certificates can be issued subject to the following terms and conditions.
A 100% refund can be issued within 15 days of certificate purchase. The original sales receipt is required. The certificate must be unused, in mint condition, and with no writing on it.
A 15% administration fee is charged against the refund if no original sales receipt is produced and/or the certificate has been used or defaced in any way, is not in mint condition, and/or has been written on.
The credit is issued via the original payment method (ie. debit or credit card) that the gift certificate purchaser used for all in-store and online gift certificate purchases.
Gift certificates purchased with cash must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and can only be converted to in-store credit.

 

Final Sale Products

All final sale products purchase in-store and online are not subject to the Aaron Signature Return-Exchange-Refund Policy and cannot be returned.

Final Sale Departments

Products purchased in-store and online from the following departments are final sale items not subject to the Aaron Signature Return-Exchange-Refund Policy:
